Welcome to Token Book24. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Token Book24 operates as a Technology Facilitator. We provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to help Healthcare Professionals (Doctors, Clinics) manage daily queues. We also provide a portal for Patients to discover clinics, book live tokens, and make consultation payments online.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must register using a valid mobile number and verify it via secure OTP.
- You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Our platform handles payments in two distinct ways, ensuring transparency for all users:
- For Clinics (SaaS): After the free trial expires, continued access to queue management features requires an active paid subscription (e.g., ₹149/month). Subscription fees are final and non-refundable.
- For Patients (Token Booking): Patients booking online pay the Doctor's Consultation Fee plus a nominal Platform Service Fee (₹20). Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway (Razorpay). Funds are split and routed automatically to the respective clinic's linked account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service (Source Code, UI/UX) without explicit written permission from us.
5. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer for Medical & Professional Services
Token Book24 is strictly a digital queue and token management tool. We do NOT provide medical, financial, or professional advice. We are not responsible or liable for any medical emergencies, treatment delays, financial losses, or disputes that arise directly between the business operator (e.g., Doctor, Clinic) and their patients.
In no event shall Token Book24, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently block your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or initiated unverified chargebacks.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
