Welcome to Token Book24. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Token Book24 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Token Book24 is a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to help professionals (such as Doctors, Clinic Administrators, Salon Owners, and Government Officials) manage their daily customer queues and appointments digitally.

2. Account Registration and Security

You must register using a valid mobile number and verify it via OTP.
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing

Token Book24 may offer a free trial period for new registrations. Upon the expiration of the trial, continued access to the queue management features requires an active paid subscription.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the administration.
We reserve the right to modify the pricing, trial duration, or subscription plans at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service (Source Code, UI/UX) without explicit written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability (Important)

Disclaimer for Medical & Professional Services: Token Book24 is strictly a digital queue and token management tool. We do NOT provide medical, financial, or professional advice. We are not responsible or liable for any medical emergencies, treatment delays, financial losses, or disputes that arise between the business operator (e.g., Doctor, Clinic) and their customers/patients.

In no event shall Token Book24, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently block your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activities.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
