PART A: For Patients (Token Booking)
When a patient books a live token online, they pay the Doctor's Consultation Fee + ₹20 Platform Service Charge. We instantly route the consultation fee to the doctor's linked account.
100% Instant Refund on Cancellation
We value your money. If a patient cancels their token BEFORE their appointment/check-up begins, the token is marked as cancelled, and a full refund (including the ₹20 service charge and consultation fee) is initiated automatically.
- How to Cancel: Patients can cancel their token anytime through the Live Queue tracking screen on the web portal before their number is called.
- Refund Timeline: Once cancelled, refunds are processed instantly via Razorpay and will reflect in the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- No Refunds Post-Consultation: Once the doctor marks the token as "Completed" (meaning the check-up is done), no refunds can be claimed for that specific token.
PART B: For Doctors & Clinics (SaaS Subscription)
Doctors and Clinics pay a monthly subscription fee (e.g., ₹149/month) to use the Token Book24 operational software.
- Free Trial: We offer a fully functional free trial to evaluate the software before any payment is made.
- Cancellation: Clinics can cancel their monthly subscription at any time from the admin panel. The account will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: Because of the free trial provided, SaaS subscription payments are final. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billed month.
