- Location Data: State, District, and Tehsil information provided during registration to ensure accurate local queue services.
- Customer/Patient Data: Basic details (Name, Phone Number) entered by the business or the patient strictly for generating tokens and managing the live queue.
- Financial & Transaction Data: When clinics subscribe or patients book tokens online, payment details are processed securely via our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store sensitive credit/debit card or UPI PIN details on our servers.
- Device & Usage Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send automated push notifications regarding queue updates.
2. Device Permissions and Why We Need Them
In order to provide core app functionalities, we request the following permissions with your explicit consent:

Camera & Photo Gallery: Requested ONLY when you choose to upload or update your Business Profile Picture. Images are securely stored in our cloud and never used for any other purpose.

Phone Dialer & App Intents: Used strictly to allow business owners to directly call or send WhatsApp notifications to their customers regarding their queue status.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to fulfill our service promise:
- To create and manage your business account and daily live queues.
- To process subscription fees from clinics and handle patient token payments (including secure split payouts to doctors and platform service fees).
- To provide real-time updates and AI Voice Announcements for tokens.
- To enforce our terms, policies, and military-grade security rules to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' data to anyone. We use trusted third-party services strictly to ensure the app's functionality:
- Google Play Services: For app distribution and device security.
- Firebase: For secure OTP login, encrypted database hosting, profile image storage, and automated notifications.
- Razorpay Payment Gateway: To process B2B subscriptions, online patient payments, and seamless refunds securely.
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: For processing voice announcements within the app.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. Token Book24 utilizes Firebase Security Rules to ensure that your database is 100% encrypted and accessible only to authorized users. No third party or unauthorized customer can view, alter, or delete your business data.
6. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Your Right to be Forgotten
You have the absolute right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your data: You can easily request account deletion directly from within the Token Book24 App by navigating to the "Support / Help" section and clicking the "Account Delete Request" button. Upon verification, your data will be permanently erased from our active servers within 7-14 business days.
